Located on the South-East from the farm, enjoys a great airflow especially during the night, that produces an excellent termic situation fot the grapes. The training is the traditional cordon spur with the Montepluciano variety, planted with a midium density of about 4.800 plants/ha.
The quality of the soil is calcareous-clay, rich in organic matter. The Northern orientation allows a not excessive maturation of the grapes. During the harvest will have a perfect sugar level and an optimal level of phenolic substance for a Rosso Piceno wine, that will evolve just in stainless steel tanks (Galliano wine), or will evolve in Rovere barrels, already use one time (Cugnolo wine).
